Ben

Here is yet another Bolt OC.
Ben is a Spread Pigeon who is one of the many pigeons who work for Blake, however unlike the other pigeon minions who hoard food for Blake, Ben is more of Blake's advisor and second-in-command. He is also usually seen perched upon Blake's shoulder. Ben is very classy and somewhat uptight, his accent his a mix of British and Italian. He feels very degraded to be working for a mammal, however he hopes that one day he will be able to relieve himself of his service for Blake, unite his pigeon brethren and lead a pigeon revolution.
